These guys are awful. Our neighborhood put out grass seed on some bare areas. We put signs up in English and Spanish that said “Grass seed. Don’t mow.” And they mowed anyway…twice. I called three times and they didn’t answer. I left a message once and they never called back. My life’s goal now is to ensure our community cancels the contract with Ruppert.
Extremely unprofessional, creepy and rude crew workers. I was Parked in my car at Shoppes of Lorton Valley and Ruppert Landscaping truck drives directly up to my personal vehicle and sits to stare at me. At 7am there were full sections of empty parking spaces for them to unload equipment. This was very intimidating and unnecessary.
