I would like to thank Ruppert Landscape for decorating I-95 this afternoon, 2/20/2026 around 12:30 PM. I was able to watch a Ruppert Landscape truck for several miles dump all of their trash from the back of their truck onto I-95 before they exited at Waterloo Rd. Makes you wonder if they are so good at securing their trash in the back of their truck and littering how good they might be at landscaping?
