Not much on-site or on-going supervision. Never have the same routine for mowing in the community. They bounce around from court to court and back again. What's that about? The community layout doesn't change from visit to visit. Workers eyeball areas that THEY think don't need to be cut or edged and so they bypass those & go on to over mow other areas. The worst landscaper so-called mowing is the worst I ever seen they’re sloppy and they can’t even put stuff back
1 star because zero stars isn't an option. Ruppert is contracted to provide snow removal with our community. They were unprepared and inadequately staffed for the Jan. 25 snowstorm, relying (at least in part) upon rented equipment (with limited availability). Contract specified snow removal within 24-hours of the snow ending; it was 60+ hours before they finally showed up. Crews complained how "hard" their job was, when that's exactly what they signed up for when the made the contract.
