1 star because zero stars isn't an option. Ruppert is contracted to provide snow removal with our community. They were unprepared and inadequately staffed for the Jan. 25 snowstorm, relying (at least in part) upon rented equipment (with limited availability). Contract specified snow removal within 24-hours of the snow ending; it was 60+ hours before they finally showed up. Crews complained how "hard" their job was, when that's exactly what they signed up for when the made the contract.

Worst landscaping company in DMV area! Total 3 visits for leaf collection in our community and still couldn’t complete the work. Crew took 1.5 hr lunch break and left early for the day. I live at the Halstead Fair Oaks apartment community, managed by Bozzuto Management Company, with landscaping services provided by Ruppert Landscape, LLC. In late February 2025, I saw two Ruppert Landscape employees loading tree branches into their truck after cutting multiple trees near my parked car. One of those trees was only about three feet away from my vehicle. When I inspected my car, I discovered multiple scratches on the front end, consistent with contact from falling branches.
