Not sure if this is the location that cuts my apartment complex but if so they are horrible. Not properly doing the job; so many missed spots, doesn't do edge up throughout the entire complex and doesn't cut the grass in the dog park. Oh yeah and I've seen them smoking in the trailer before starting the job, probably why they can't get it right.
Branch manager Mark Anderson makes numerous sexual and racial comments towards coworkers, bad mouths customers behind their back. When corporate was notified he said nothing would happen and he was right. Baffled a company as large as this lets a man like this run a branch.
Chapel Valley does absolutely amazing ground work around Richmond VA, it's odd to see any other company getting work orders. If you know landscaping, Chapel is doing things the right way, without damaging cars. I've watched Ruppert do things that just don't align with horticulture or paint and auto body protocol.
Business owners of Richmond. Please. Stop using this cut-rate property damaging company.
