As a patient for about 3 years and I have had a great experience so far. Doctor Ruppert is always short and to the point and punctual . I appreciate him and his staff.
He is way past retirement. Doesn't even see patients in person. Has you email pictures or discuss things over the phone. He is staying to collect a paycheck. Not help the sick. AVOID.
Friendly staff and clean office. Dr. Ruppert is very professional and takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. Easy to schedule appointments and never a long wait time. Highly recommend!

I originally saw a 2 star but my experience has been a 1 star It took 6 months to get in and see an endocrinologist because of all the mistakes they made. Also the receptionist gave me my medical diagnosis by accident over the phone. Not the doctor receptionist. They never answer the phone and when you do call to ask a question they rush you off the phone. Rude as hell. I had a life threatening illness and six months was not acceptable. If I didn’t do my own research I might be dead waiting on this office.
