⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stopped by Ruppelius Fine Jewelers to have a few links removed from my watch band, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The gentleman I spoke with was incredibly friendly, helpful, and honest. He had actually ordered the proper tool to remove the links, but accidentally left it at home that morning. Rather than making me come back another day, he arranged for his wife to bring it to the store so he could take care of it for me today.
