Administratively not in the 21st century. Its 2026, fax is no longer valid...but that is the patient's fault. Of course, they don't have my insurance referral; also the patients fault. Unacceptable. Indicator of poor care. Nope!
My husband had to go in for an appointment, we were referred by the hospital to Dr. Rupp. The front staff was amazing. When my husband was called back the RN was not friendly. She took down some info. Then Dr. Rupp entered the room. He did a quick exam, he didn't look at the CD we had from the ER, he didn't look at my husband's ER notes or his primary physicians notes. He didn't react that my husband was in severe pain and he couldn't even sit. He said he would be uncomfortable for a month or maybe for longer. He didn't tell... read more
