My husband had to go in for an appointment, we were referred by the hospital to Dr. Rupp. The front staff was amazing. When my husband was called back the RN was not friendly. She took down some info. Then Dr. Rupp entered the room. He did a quick exam, he didn't look at the CD we had from the ER, he didn't look at my husband's ER notes or his primary physicians notes.
