I had a vasectomy done, told them about it. Got fired for not calling in before six when they know I’m supposed to have time off and I told them the day before I couldn’t make it in, I’ve worked there for 5 months and no pto to even take the days I need off. Not to mention it’s confidential and the whole company knows and is asking how my balls are feeling. Place runs like a prison, pay isn’t good.
