After waiting for 3 months for my confirmed appointment with Dr.Rupinder. the day before my confirmed appointment her staff calls me to cancel my appointment. Who does that? Reason was "we don't take Humana" In January I confirmed with her office staff that they do take Humana.
Dr Rupinder Johal is one of the most compassionate, intelligent and gentle providers. She has a genuine care for her patients. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing PCP or Orthopaedic!
Her Secretary is extremely rude and unprofessional. Her name is Leslie. Change the people who greet and deal with your patients. I would never go to an office with disgusting behavior. You are dealing with patient care, don’t forget that.
I saw Dr. Johal for a concussion, she accommodated me right away and immediately provided treatment and had me on the path to relief. She was courteous and professional!
