I stay at this office for Dr. Bhangoo who is incredible. Optum Health, however, is the worst thing that has happened the medical space in some time. Absolute mess, sending a patient all over with ridiculous new patient processing, not confirming correct office locations, taking the direct patient doctor feel away for better control, I could go on and on. Dr Bhangoo is kind, patient and thorough. Definitely recommend her - they simply don’t make doctors like her anymore. We are lucky to have her.
Dr. Bhangoo is amazing. Optum however is terrible. And forget about calling. No one picks up. I missed a call from their office and for some reason, the voicemail they left did not capture the full recording. I called back and I've been on hold forever. That happens every time I call Optum now for anything. The only want to contact them, is to go in person.
