I recently went to fremont Lutheran family services felt like I was imposing on receptionist time she told me 930 I couldn't come it was to late so I went the next day I don't know how to use my phone for web and she talked to me as she walked in front of me I was only one there n she came across to me that Im not doing this again very non professional not polite and im struggling just was a unfriendly way I was greeted and talk to
0 STARS I have been a client at lutheran family services for YEARS. That's where I get my crazy medicine from. So I called the other day and said I needed to talk to someone about getting my dosage bumped up because I felt like my medicine wasn't working properly anymore. Lady looked me up in the system and they said "oh you're marked as inactive in our system". And I said, "who did that? I didn't get a notification and I didn't do it myself".
