While Dr. V is knowledgeable doctor, she lacks communication skills. Her manner comes across as condescending and very impersonal. If you don’t agree or question why she recommends something, she borders on rude. Knows medicine but no interest in knowing her patients.
She was extremely thorough and really had my best interests in mind. I have some medical background so it wasn't hard to follow her discussions, but might be difficult for someone without some prior knowledge. She was a good fit for my needs.
