Dropped the ball! I have a terminal disease, went to see this lady. She didn't want to help me at all! She called me fat, said that was my problem, she read my med records after my appointment and prescribed me meds for my disease! She was supposed to send me to the Denver university and I never heard from her again. Im at a lose with health care omg. What's wrong with this woman! I will never deal with her or this place again!!!! Maybe in her country this crap is ok! Go back!
I just had a terrible interaction with a staff member regarding medicine. The office called my prescription into my specialty pharmacy incorrectly. The pharmacy has been trying to get a hold of them for 4 days with no luck. I've called twice trying to get this remedied before I needed my specialty medication injection today 5/1. This was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago but the office will not refill it correctly. "We are short staffed" Seriously? They deal with patients in remission because of these specialty medications... read more
Acted like she didn't care.
Had to reschedule an appt in July, soonest date was December 12 at 115pm. Showed up today and receptionist told me I didn't have an appt and acted like I just pulled the day and time out of thin air. I pulled up the call log on my phone and told her the day I rescheduled. She just kept repeating I didn't have an appt. So even though it was their mistake, I was the one who had to make another appt. A 30 mile round trip wasted, and another month and a half wait to see the dr. So much for patient care.
