Unfortunately this doctor cannot effectively manage her calendar. Originally it was going to take 3 months as a new patient to see her. That was before she has to cancel twice, each with another month wait. Really poor experience and no flexibility to get in sooner after their calendar mismanagement. Several excuses why this is happening- still doesn't change the fact this has become a 5 month wait. Needless to say I'm giving up and looking for a more professional and reliable doctor. Dr. Puttappa gave me a poor standard of care. The initial appointment went well. I was referred to cardiology by my PCP having issues with syncope and fainting. Dr. Puttappa gave me an initial diagnosis of POTS and treated me with medication. (No testing just meds) I should have known something was wrong when she did not request a follow up.
