I got a text from this office at 2 am stating that I owe money. I have never seen or heard of this doctor I'm told it's a scam. I also never received a statement from this office why would I receive a text. Be careful everyone.
If there was a no stars I would put that. Her bed side manners was unprofessional and prejudice. Her approach to patients while asking questions was completely inappropriate and she should not be practicing. Felt hurt and disrespected on the way she was trying to determin the health of my my wife who has formally had breast cancer and melanoma.
!!BEWARE!! DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!! The lady that runs the office, Giavanna, is a scammer and a crook. She doesn’t keep track of payments that you make so you always owe them money. She will hold your medications hostage. She does not care about patients, she only cares about money. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!! I am warning you now. I would give ZERO stars if I could but they only allow me to leave one star which they don’t even deserve.
Dr. Rupa Panchal is one of the best physicians I have ever been to. She is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and understanding. I would not want to go to any other physician. She is absolutely amazing!!!!Highly recommend.
