Dr. Ruoff is one of the most compassionate, understanding doctor I have ever met. My first encounter with him he relieved me from all my pain. Years later I was involved in a bad car accident and had a lot of back problems. Through the years I’ve had several surgeries by him. So has my mom. He’s a doctor, not a magician. Very surprised Dr Ruoff garnered just 3-1/2 Stars. He did an S1-L4 fusion that rings bells at security gates, but has kept me free of excruciating pain since 2004. He’s also a pleasure to speak with. Highly recommended.

i did not find anything wrong w dr ruoff. I found him articulate and very understanding to my needs. He discussed everything w me and answered all my questions

Piss poor beside manner. Lied on several occasions and admitted doing so when confronted with the truth. Untrustworthy. He left a huge scar on such a small incision especially compared to two prior spinal surgeries. I would not recommend Dr Rouff.

The wait time to see the doctor was ridiculous for both appointments. The staff's understanding of urgency was inadequate. Find a doctor who actually cares about patients and makes sure the staff follows through to help patients.
