Payed $3 for a cone that was poor quality usually when I get kid ice cream it comes better quality better care. Not sure if this location is just slacking on quality and effort
I had a bad experience at Runza on 5/4/26, where I was charged for 2 meals, but only purchased 1 meal. Initially, I was told, by whomever answered the phone, claiming to be a manager, there was nothing he could do for me since I didn't report it the same day and I swore I would never eat there again.
