Great food and service
I ordered through door dash and no driver picked up. I changed to pick up. Then, I called Runza to confirm I could pick up through window. They said, yes! Come on through!” I arrive and tell the person at window that I’m there for my DoorDash order. She then told me I MUST go inside to pick up. Keep in mind, the inconvenience is stacking at this point. I have NO BRA on. I confirmed I could pick up through window. Order was cancelled and I lost $70 and received not one bite. I will literally NEVER return.
The people working the closing shift are amazing food was hot and fresh came out in excellent time and very nice highly recommend
