Definitely not white glove delivery services are Runyon’s advertises. One guy showed up to deliver the furniture, so guess who had to help carry the furniture inside the home? Yeah, me. That was definitely a first. Then to top it off, I found a marker in my driveway which was made to color in any scratches on the furniture. It keeps getting worse. On a recommendation, we just purchased some carpet as part of a pad, carpet, and free installation deal. This was our first time using Runyon's and the service was exceptional. The sales rep, Dan, was very helpful and made all kinds of effort to make sure we were getting the best deal. They were very accommodating as well (we couldn't do the installation right away when the carpet came in so they stored it for a couple weeks until we were ready).
