Zero regard for your care, recovery or pain at this place! I was also given wrong appt time by one of their clearly incompetent employees and I have to wait longer for another appt now.. front dest/phone personal VERY rude and unprofessional!
Surgon has zero regard for the outcome of the surgery. No follow-up & when pain & loss of function was 10× worse after surgery, his staff said there's nothing they can do. Everyday is excruciating.
I showed up this morning for my appt just to find out they didn’t have me schedule but I did received the text confirming my appt now because of their mistake I have to wait another week when I’ve been waiting for months and in a lot of pain. Front desk ladies get it together and do your job right. Very poor service at this location.
