DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I spent over $1,300 on a bag and the wrong one was delivered. Because it was an x-mas gift, the error was not discovered until outside of their full refund window. Fine. Whatever. When I immediately approached Runway Catalog they offered to provide me store credit and sent me a return label. They did not tell me I would only have 5 days to return it and then my credit would be pulled completely.
