This is the review for the online order I have with the shop. Just some background of what happened. I live in the US. About few weeks ago I placed an order with the shop online and my item was shipped via UPS. I am writing as a very satisfied customer. In Dec when buying a wonderful pair of Gunni boots from the Rooney store in Montreal, I inadverntently took the wrong size. Not only did Adele from that store put aside the proper size so they would not sell out, special thanks Adele, the support team made my shipping process for return easy by supplying the labels.
