Scheduled a wax weeks in advance and then had her cancel on me 3 hours before, and told me 3 hours is good enough time to cancel when I have a trip the next day. Hate unprofessional service
I can recommend Runway Aesthetics, Dr Arekabi and her team more- they are so lovely and welcoming from the moment you walk into the clinic! This was my first experience with masseter botox and Dr Alrekabi went through the whole process in so much detail and answered every question I had. Front row brow service. Bella was so helpful and knowledgeable. My eyebrows are neat and full. She didn’t wax them thin and took her time! She recommended so many products to me, and she most def. have gained a new client!
I received a facial and Brazilian wax. Bella is a true professional, very sweet and gave me detailed information about the products she was using and the skin benefits. She cares about her clients and I felt very comfortable with her. My skin has never looked better and I could tell the products she used were not cheap.
