Everything we worked hard for ALL GONE (covered in mold) in what was supposed to be a climate controlled unit. I would not recommend their units as they were obviously not controlled! we never had this issue with Cube Smart. I really wish we had chosen to stick with them! Nonetheless, the customer service rep name Tessa was probably the best to work with there, very kind.
I give it 2 stars just because it’s temperature controlled although my building is as hot as the outside maybe hotter, but the storage hours are yet to be desired, i use my storage all hours of night and day but this one isn’t 24 hour access so have to use a differnt one sometimes on long nights all and all it’s not bad, I had to adiust my review a lil bit tho cause it is a nice unit and affordable
