Went here for extensions for my wedding and was expecting to pay a max of $1,000, but wound up paying almost $3,000. Price seemed quite high but I was willing to overlook it for quality service to feel special on my big day. I have had the pleasure of having my curls touched by Juels, a blowout from Lexi, and receiving a massage from Kimber, which was nothing short of amazing! Runway Salon is a chefs kiss for all your beauty needs! Runway Salon was the best salon experience I've had ever! I had a full day of treatments, all the girls took such great care of me and made sure I had a relaxing time! LEXI did my hair and brows and listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered even better than I imagined! LEXI was very knowledgeable and experienced in every service! Loved chatting with her!! JENNA is very professional! She listened and took her time to make sure she understood my requests. I am French-speaking and there was no language barrier. Her experience led her to offer me new tones and a new haircut. I love my new head!!!! The only area for improvement at the salon level is customer experience fees. The idea of ​​offering snacks is interesting, but I think coffee or tea should be offered. Paying $9 for a coffee, I find it exorbitant.
