I cannot say enough good things about Runway Salon and my stylist Alex. I came in feeling discouraged after a bad haircut and color from my previous stylist. My hair was uneven, the color was off, and honestly I didn’t think it could be fixed without cutting a lot of length. I had the head spa. I really enjoyed it. It was really relaxing and my head feels amazing. Clean and organized salon. Easy parking. I will say there was a pretty hard sales pitch on products.
My first visit to Runway - I came for a basic brow waxing and Valentine's Day manicure. Everyone at the salon was so genuinely kind and welcoming, which made my day. I worked with Alex, who was great. Ava also did a beautiful job with my nails. I am very pleased. Excellent customer service and a positive experience all around.

Receptionist was incredibly welcoming, I appreciate the tour of the salon as a new client so you feel extra comfortable and aware of all their services (head spa, I’ll be back for you) they have it all! I am very particular about my hair and trust very few people with it. My husband gifted me the Head Spa Royale package for Valentine’s Day, and it was an incredible experience. Kimber’s knowledge about scalp health and individual hair needs is truly impressive. The entire appointment was both relaxing and informative. I left feeling refreshed and confident in her expertise. Kimber has earn my full trust- I will be returning!
