Can not say enough good things about this salon and their staff! Nicole with her vibrant yellow hair is my go to QUEEN!!! I walked in ready to start fresh and change it ALL and she was on board with tips and tricks to help me between visits! Immediately rebooked with her.
I am leaving this review because I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate, went 20 minutes early in the rain, I was seen by Nicole and she gave me feedback on my hair for 15 minutes. She said she would call me back to schedule an appointment with her but I never heard back from her. I called again after three weeks and was told that they would inform Nicole to give me a follow up call, still haven’t received a call. Krystal is amazing at her craft, and educated me on my hair in such a warm way. I called and she made time for my hair last minute. My hair and scalp has never looked/ felt better! Her and her assistant were so kind and have great conversation. I am excited to come back for more .
