I was lucky enough to be served by Emma and Megan at the Sorrento store last Saturday. They were so welcoming and helpful. I will not do for make up anywhere else now. Thank you so much.
Asked for a cut 3 inches below shoulder ended with a cut 1 inch under and got offered layers agreed got layers that didn’t blend at all and face framing was completely not straight and very unsatisfied
I had my hair and makeup done on 27th November for my daughter's wedding. I must thank your beautiful staff- Tayla ( hair) and Talia ( makeup) for making me look and feel amazing. They were both so professional and listened to my needs and delivered 100%. I have never experienced such wonderful attentive service anywhere. Nothing was an issue and the coffee was good too! Ladies from Sorrento Runway Room were amazing , we had our hair and makeup done for my son and daughter in laws wedding on the 5/12/25 , l have to say everyone looked stunning , the team really deserves to be praised , highly recommend this place .
