My wife brought in some of her clothing a few weeks ago. She was told to leave her phone number and that they would get back to her with a price within 2 days. They never called my wife, there were zero messages from them on our answering machine. Then, when my wife finally called them back, they claimed to have contacted her and said they couldn't reach her, so they "donated" her clothes.
