Worst customer service experience. They don’t know how to deal with customers.
I got my car will change, and I was free in about 20 minutes, even on the weekends.
Wasn’t great, just went for oil change. It was hard finding someone to talk to. Then they told me 10-15 minute wait. Wait for more than that. People were coming in talking to them then going before me. I asked the guy he said one more car 5 minutes… then someone else came and went in before me. The service just didn’t seem customer focused… I went to 1 Stop Auto instead
