Very knowledgeable, HONEST, and does a great job!! Had new siding, soffit and facia falling off due to poor work. James took the time to walk around the house pointing out several issues from the previous crew that installed it and also showed some things that were done correctly. He also explained why it was correct or wrong and explained the proper process they would use to correct the repairs. Then did a great and speedy job making the repairs. VERY happy with him and their work!
Have used Runstrom twice. Once for damage to a roof from a fallen tree and once to fix a leaking area from a poorly done re-roof from another company. In both cases, Jim has impressed me with his knowledge, skill, and professionalism. And especially with the obvious pride he takes in a job done right. I'll be bringing him back to do a metal roof on a garage. Guy is a true pro.
Jason and his team were clean and fast and did quality work on my roof. Jason was very good at communicating and providing paperwork. A great value A great company. I will use them again and will recommend them.
It has been over 3 months since he started our roofing job and still not done. Said he would be here this weekend and wasn't. Do not pay him in full until job is finished I did he promised to finish but hasn't. He is not reliable
