Despite emailing, I have had no response, not what other star I could give....
I have had their service contract for heating and cooling for several years. They have never let me down. Their prices are fair and they never try to get me to pay for more than I need. I had a very bad problem with the poorly installed old cooling unit, always loosing a little coolant. They were able to find the leak and fix it.
