The sales team at Runnion is excellent. I was looking for a used bucket truck. I found one at Runnion Equipment, so I reached out to them. Dan was extremely helpful with answering all my questions and concerns. He went above and beyond to send me videos of the bucket in operation and even got me pictures of the underbody. This place is a rip off i always took my trucks here this time i had 2 lights they did not work they ran two wires and charged 750$ this is absolutely disgusting terrible experience i would never recommend any one at this place complete rip off
I recently purchased a 45 ton National Crane from Runnion. The whole purchase experience with the salesperson, Mike, was exceptional. When I got it home, I had some problems with an outrigger. One of their mechanics, Chad Rupp, drove down with a service truck to help repair the issues.
