Our company has worked Runnion Equipment for our first time. The service we received was excellent From Chad in the field answering our technical questions and explaining what was causing the issues with our crane, and Carl getting me connected to the correct people within their company, Chad also got our crane back in service sooner than expected which was a great help, We look forward to working with Runnion equipment in the future.
Dealing with Runnion, when it came to ordering the correct parts for my crane and getting help from their technician for I install, was a simple and clear process. Alphonso is sales made the order quick and easy. Chad Rupp, their mobile technician, was there every step of the way. From diagnosing, ordering and installing the part. He made himself available to my schedule and my companies convenience. His knowledge and skill set made the install a breeze.
