I’m deeply concerned about some of the behavior I witnessed during my experience with Runnings. There were instances that strongly suggested biased and discriminatory hiring practices , which I believe go against both ethical standards and employment laws. Always they post it jobs And when you apply, maybe they looking some different people and always the racist and bad behavior when they answer the phone they give you interview after that one they see you who you color after that they never call you Next day they hung up with the phone they bad behavior and racist
