Had a 1 o’clock appointment they took me in early thank you for the great service
The problem I’m having they stated these doors we can used but the only loading out one of them. Got her at 7am , and there was 3 trucks waiting. I was they cold not take me I t my appointment time , all they doing is loading and unloading there Trucks not concerned about our clock or picking up a load for the weekend. They Not busy and not nice either and I’m not going to play the BLACK card. Just far service like I watched everyone else. Only reason I’m giving a two star because it’s clean and backing space. Read reviews First time here Checked in by dock door 12 then they directed me to otherside to dock door 13. Then I had to go to other building down the street. Overnight parking in the street, just dont block driveways and dont trash the streets Friendly staff Just wish they say on paperwork which building to go into at.🥹
