Had a great experience with Jacob. He took the time to listen to my long list of physiological issues and concerns. I am new to running, so having somebody listen and provide intelligent feedback was invaluable. I live over 30 minutes away and I am so glad to have found this place. Heya running works!!!! Hope you are great!! I love joining I loved feeling (fit) after the group I loved the (social ) part of it !!! I loved having a physical activity to do!! I loved ( the introductions) at that start to figure out WHO you are similar too!! Hehe Feedback - maybe since we’re paying for this program saying- “are you okay if I give you some feedback” that’s a university skill I learned at the university of Guelph Humber.
