Running Works is locally owned and operated, the staff are very knowledgeable and very honest. I had a problem with blisters once I upped my running to 90km/week and thought a different pair of shoes would help. I was told "Well I could sell you a new pair of shoes, but it sounds like more of a sock issue, so why don't you try these socks first and see if it helps". I had a great experience here. It was my first time buying good running shoes and these guys took their time to find the best fit for my feet and for my running style and actively guided me toward the right shoe for me. They were super professional, and super knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Very nice staff that were able to help me pick out a new brand and model of running shoe after Saucony switched up the make of the Ride shoe without changing the name. They knew the exact issues I was describing and were able to suggest a model from Brooks that are comparable to the old model of the Saucony Ride. My feet thank you!
