Horrible! Had a girls trip planned for a massage and facial combo. We show up only to be told that they didn't appropriate book our appointments so after travel, costs, time etc. We were left without a portion of our trip. They attempted to 'appease us' after many phone calls and emails until someone actually took the call and rescheduled us for a redo of the missed day.
