I always have a great experience with Running Warehouse! When an item I ordered wasn't available, the Customer Service team both e-mailed me and called me with some options AND then they offered an extra $5 off the order for the "trouble" - which was no trouble at all! I am always SO pleased with the service that this is the first place I go to for running gear...and we have some pretty awesome running stores to compete with in the Akron, Ohio area!
