Ordered from them shoes didn't workout I wanted an exchange since I had run in them they didn't have the shoe I wanted so they gave me a full refund like it went thru in a day..so I just ordered a different shoe in my size hope they workout I'm dealing with PF in both feet�
If you review a shoe poorly on their website, they have multiple people give their reasons why your review is wrong, and then go on to exclaim how great the shoe is. How utterly transparent. All other shopping websites allow negative product reviews--that is the purpose to provide consumers with feedback. The shoe in my opinion was poor. Running Warehouse is great! You cannot beat their return policy. Recently, I had to exchange shoes for a bigger size. I shipped the shoes Monday, by Friday I received notification that my replacements were on the way. Great service, considering other internet stores I've used usually take 7-10 working days to get back to me. RW has a customer for life.
Top notch service. Ordered my shoes online less then 36 hours ago, got an email the next morning and they arrived the next day! I plan to order my shoes from running warehouse from now on.
