We have had an amazing experience with Dr. Micah and the entire office. As first-time parents, finding a pediatrician we trust was so important, and we truly couldn’t be happier with the care our daughter, Penny, has received. Called them as soon as they opened, was able to make an appointment for 10AM the same day. Very helpful and courteous staff and very personable Doctor. They were able to send my prescriptions to the pharmacy and ready to pick up within an hour after leaving.
I had a negative experience with this office because patient care does not seem to be the priority. In my case, the priority was scheduling physical appointments-- which only results in slower, more expensive care (not to mention having to take more time off work to drive 30 minutes each way while I'm not feeling well).
