So very thankful for these kind people!! On a trip to Arrowbear my son hit his head and had a laceration. It was 6:55 when it happened and we knew there was this urgent care just 5 mins away. Problem was that they closed at 7:00. We rushed down there to try and see if we could get in. The PA was literally walking out the door to leave. After a little persuading, they agreed to see us. They were great. They did an awesome job and we are so appreciate of us being flexible with us.
Este lugar y su personal merecen un reconocimiento por la manera en que tratan a sus pacientes, ahora llevo a mis niños a su chequeo y siempre son pacientes y amables. En verdad es un alivio tenerlos en la comunidad de las montañas de San Bernardino, se han ganado mi confianza y lo màs importante; la confianza de mis niños. The staff is amazing! The MA was so sweet and good with my toddler and the doctor was quick and knowledgeable, he answered all of my questions before i even asked them. He explained what was going on and why, how to treat it and what to expect. Wonderful experience and I will definitely be coming back.
