I had the opportunity to visit this wonderful store, where I was greeted by two lovely women who were both welcoming and professional. They offered excellent advice! I highly recommend it. 🤞🏼 I purchased the Asics Nimbus 26, the perfect pair of shoes!
I received terrible service today from the man and woman working. Greeted with a rude look, no hello or anything. We went in at 5:45 PM, asked to try on a pair of shoes. We were rudely told they closed in ten minutes… if your door is still open, you should still be serving customers. We intended to buy a pair of shoes and get out quickly, and already knew what we wanted. We will be buying them elsewhere and never shopping here again. I attended this store on March 6th around 11:15. I was treated poorly and rudely by the older woman behind the counter. She was unfriendly from the beginning as she didn't acknowledge me as I stood at the counter. Once she gave me her time I asked for a pair of shoes as they showed stock on the website. She advised that she didn't have them and didn't want to check the stock and she also wouldn't match the price for the colour she did have. There is not much selection of shoes for a large store called The Running Room, there are many shoes listed on the website but a small corner of the store is for shoes. It's more like an accessory store.
The staff offer the best customer service and expertise in getting you into the right running or walking shoe. Even when something isn’t in stock, they will be able to send the appropriate shoe to your house!
