Toren was exceptionally attentive to the type of shoes that I was looking for. She gave me a few options, and laid out the different features of each shoe. She suggested a brand I may not have considered otherwise. Exceptional experience in the store!
I visited the store during my visit to Toronto due to some recommendations from my running friends. As a new runner I really appreciated the staff’s help in guiding me selecting the perfect pair of running shoes. Shoutout to Mallory for taking the time to help me. I’m so excited to try them out!

Really wonderful shopping experience! Toren was so helpful and personable and helped me pick out a pair of running shoes that I’m very excited about! Great customer service and so knowledgeable. Will definitely be back for my future running needs! :)
I have been 3 times in the last month, since its the closest store but unable to buy a pair that I need! The showroom is dark, NO variety and the worst part the supervisor or the assistants dont help much.
