I came in today looking for a new pair of shoes to help my issue with pain from standing and walking all day. I had 2 amazing ladies help me out during my visit and explained each part of the process to me! Amazing team:) Don’t skip out on your foot health! I feel so bouncy and like I can walk forever now Thanks guys!!
Worst customer service ever. Was in the store for 15 minutes 2 people were working not one person asked if I needed help. I will definitely be going to brainsport for all my running needs from now on
We went there and were the only ones in the store. There was a lady working only took her about 4 minutes before she even asked us if we needed something. I showed her the shoe I wanted, in a 6.5 or 7 my girl friend just bought a 7 on weekend, the lady said no we dont have any 7s .Then she said what size I said 6.5 or 7 she went to back came out said no only 7.5 and up . Walked away and continued to unpack her inventory. Never said another word to us . Even when we walked out .she never said a word. WORST customer service ev... read more
I asked for a shoe recommendation based on how I run and train and I was told “anything that catches my eye” and was also told they don’t measure feet. Left immediately and went to brainsport instead
