First time I visited the store. Was very disappointed with the customer service. Great shoe selection but the elderly lady that worked there made me feel like I am a nuisance, just because I asked questions. No smile, hardly any information on the difference of shoes. I actually asked her if the store is going to close soon because I felt treated like the “last customer”. Watched her talking to other customers, who were treated the same. Luckily there is another shoe store close by and thats where I will go tomorrow.
I would recommend this place to people looking for shoes and sports equipment!
The elderly woman at the front desk wasn’t very welcoming—she hardly smiled at us. But as soon as I mentioned I was buying two pairs of shoes, her demeanor shifted completely. I hope she treats everyone with the same courtesy, regardless of a sale.
Yep same for me - love looking around for 15 minutes, the only person in the store - zero offer to help from the staffer there - lost my business reaaaaal quick
