Store sign says open at 10 am. I drove by last night to check. I arranged a bbysitter and now im outside in the rain….. waiting for them to open at 11am.

Honest and caring customer service. Really appreciated the care and attention the staff showed when we were in Sunday.
To be honest I don’t know how this location is still in business. The staff are the rudest most condescending people I think I’ve ever come across in a customer service role. The judgemental comments and looks for the shoes I was interested in all while have no other suggestions was unreal. Was he judging me because he thought the shoe was too expensive?
