Honest and caring customer service. Really appreciated the care and attention the staff showed when we were in Sunday.
To be honest I don’t know how this location is still in business. The staff are the rudest most condescending people I think I’ve ever come across in a customer service role. The judgemental comments and looks for the shoes I was interested in all while have no other suggestions was unreal. Was he judging me because he thought the shoe was too expensive? Everyone here was so lovely and knowledgeable; special shout out to Amy! She was extremely helpful, positive, and had good energy; helped me find the perfect shoe!
