This is my second visit to Running room at south surrey store. I wanted to buy brooks beast 24 unfortunately my size not available. The associate Yashini advised me to try HOKA bondi 9. I liked the shoes since they are perfectly fit to use with my orthotics. I realized Yashini has thorough knowledge about the shoes and customer requirements. Thanks Yashini.

Excellent service, and don't be fooled by the small storefront - there's a lot of great selection packed in here. I came in looking for solutions to foot pain issues and left happy with expert guidance and exactly the shoes I needed. Very attentive and friendly staff even though the store was quite busy and right before closing.

I would’ve LOVED to give a higher rating, if I wasn't constantly being HARASSED by manager VICKY every time I step foot in this store!!! I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for YEARS, and while most of the staff are at least halfway decent (bless the few who actually understand what customer service is), VICKY is an absolute NIGHTMARE.
