Had a poor experience with running room. Was looking to get good running shoes as I am increasing distances. When I was in the store they had hardly anything in a size 9. The employee didn’t really have much to offer in terms of fit, stride or shoe types. I mentioned the shoes I was running in and the employee sold me new shoes with a very different heal drop. I recently went to the store to exchange a pair of running shoes I had received as a gift. Leila was incredibly helpful from the start. She provided thoughtful recommendations specifically tailored for marathon runners, which I really appreciated.
