One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I went in to ask about a return and was immediately met with a dismissive, sarcastic, and passive-aggressive attitude from an older female employee. Rather than politely explaining the policy, she spoke to me with unnecessary attitude and made me feel unwelcome. I go to the running room biannually for work shoes, and I was pleasantly surprised how efficient Steve and his colleagues were with setting me up with the right shoes. 10/10 team they've got running this store--will definitely be coming back.
Horrible customer service. Nobody in the store and still wouldn’t help us. When they finally did help us and lady had attitude and was passive aggressive. Don’t ever come here what a waste of time
Richard is excellent! Always smiling and very helpful. He know all shoes very well and what will Work best for you. I highly recommend this location and ask for Richard!
