I’ve had a great experience at The Running Room! Richard has always been so helpful whenever I visit. He took the time to explain that the issues with my knees were likely due to my shoes and helped me find the pair that works best for me. My husband also went in, and Steve helped him...he was amazing at explaining the different options and why certain shoes would be best for him. Had a wonderful experience here today and was helped by Joe, who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. I actually asked him if he was the owner because of the level of care he put into helping me. At one point, Joe even suggested I could buy the shoe I needed from a competitor if it meant getting the right fit, which speaks volumes about his integrity and customer-first attitude. What happened? 3 staff, 1+1 customers, 0 engagement. Having bought six pairs of shoes here in the past, I visited specifically to check out some shoes on Black Friday sale. (I became customer #2). Young lady was helping a dude with his shoes (1 staff helping 1 customer ). Gentleman with glasses was at the register.
