Excellent experience at this store! Emily was so helpful, took as much time as I needed to get the proper fit and no sales pressure whatsoever. Also Brian, who is the area sales manager, was also xtra helpful and extremely knowledgeable on all things related to walking/running and feet! I def. would recommend this store and I will def. be a repeat customer. 5 stars and 5 thumbs up…..errr, 2 thumbs up! Greg 🇨🇦
Not a lot of options un store for what I was looking for but customer service was great and they offered to order what I needed and have it shipped to the store
Richard and his colleagues were very helpful. He assisted my wife and me to a gait test. And he patiently helped me find the best running shoes
Disappointed… was so busy that i had to wait a while for help. Then i was recommended straight to shoes sales when I mentioned i flat feet with stability shoes but had blisters. Was also told orthotics shouldnt be in my stability shoes, and i should change shoes (for sales no doubt) but after i left my chiropodist told me that was not right and it was ok. Used body glide and it was all good. Overall, nice store, but bad experience.
