Without this store, it's possible that I'd never have met the Altra FWD Via 2 which made the pain in my knees almost completely disappear, for that they deserve 5 stars. Great selection of shoes and the staff for know their product well.
Glenn was very helpful!
I notice how this store is really selective when it comes to helping and greeting customers. I've had such high praise of this location years ago and now, it just seems to have gotten worst. Sorry to write this but you know, as somebody with my ethnicity, it's pathetic.
Visited Running Room in Kingston today. Glenn was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Came away with 2 new pairs of shoes.
