I notice how this store is really selective when it comes to helping and greeting customers. I've had such high praise of this location years ago and now, it just seems to have gotten worst. Sorry to write this but you know, as somebody with my ethnicity, it's pathetic.
Visited Running Room in Kingston today. Glenn was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Came away with 2 new pairs of shoes.
Great knowledgeable staff with products to match. We felt much more comfortable purchasing from this store than most store as they take the time to know their products and give excellent suggestions with explanations that are through and not just priced base! We will be back for our next runners.
I visited the running room in Kingston today. Looking to replace my running shoes. The service I got was exceptional. I'm not sure of the gentleman's name that helped me, but he is extremely knowledgeable, and had the perfect pair of shoes picked out for me in no time. I am quite picky, and have a hard time finding shoes that feels good, and look good, and for him to conquer both in a matter of no time was amazing. I will definitely be back!
Grear shoes for all types of training, excellent staff knowledge.
