Visited for the firt time today. The service was AMAZING. Very knowledgeable staff who just wanted me to have the right shoe. They didn't try to upsell me at all. I will buy my shoes there going forward.
Very helpful staff. Checked my daughter's gait and fit her for runners. Very knowledgeable.
The sales person was very polite. Although he did not have what I was looking for, he provided info as where I may be able to find the specific type of shoe I was looking here.
We were in the store yesterday and Kris helped my daughter find the perfect shoe to fit her narrow foot and running purpose. When she heard about a recent pair of lost shoes (which we had also purchased from Running Room only 3 weeks prior), she was very generous in extending a discount to new pair of shoes for my daughter. Thank you Kris!!
