Extremely poor customer service.
Had the best experience at this store. Amanda was extremely helpful and made sure I had the right shoes for my feet. Friendly smile and helpful attitude made my shopping experience worth while. Her associate Andy pitched in some of his own expert advice and I walked out of there with the perfect shoes. Recommend Amanda and Andy to anyone looking for the right pair of shoes.
I visited the Running Room location on Hazeldean Road in search of shoes that could help support my foot as it healed from a torn ligament. Rose was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She offered some suggestions; I found two pairs of shoes (both from Hoka) that provided great support exactly where I needed it. I'll definitely be back. Great service and products.
I haven't been running for the past few years but because I signed up for the Perth Kilt Run later this June (maybe not too bright an idea...lol) I needed new shoes. Much to my delight Andy remembered not only the brand I wore (Mizuno) but also the model (which I'd forgotten) so this was a quick and easy transaction. Thanks so much Andy...I hate shoe shopping and you made it easy with your "if it's not broke why try and fix it" approach. I left with my new Mizunos a very happy customer.
