I was not served by the most dismissive salesperson at the Hazeldean Rd location today. There are previous negative reviews about this guy, which I saw after the fact. There was one other customer when I arrived. He finally asked what shoe I wanted and then her proceeded to bring the wrong pair. When the first customer left, a couple more walked in. Experience was amazing. Order came next day. Service Could not have been been better.
First time going into Running Room, might be the last time!!! At least this location!! As mentioned in the previous reviews, I was going in to pick up a shoes for my parter for work,(March 2nd, 3pm) when we went in there was only 1 customer inside and was paying and was leaving. Count me in as one to find the older Asian man very unhelpful and only interested in making his personal comments heard even as it was unrelated to what I was asking. It's not a one time occurrence as I have been there before and been subjected to his unsolicited opinions and directions. I been running for many many years and know what I need and I know what looking for at this point.
