Was back today around 3pm to get another pair of shoes. This staff is amazing. Store was pretty busy today so had to wait a little for service. I had no problem with it. Unfortunately the couple in front of me did not understand what it's like to wait their turn. They rudely held out a shoe to the sales lady expecting her to stop serving everyone else, drop everything and serve them. It's unfortunate there are so many ignorant customers around these days. While I was not going to write a review because my partner already did, I feel obliged to write one now since other people are commenting on a situation that they were not involved in. As far as yesterday went, I do not believe that customers should ever be approached so rudely, regardless of the circumstances. And yet that’s precisely how we were greeted. Terrible service. My girlfriend and I were waiting for our turn to get help from the salespeople, and one of them (middle aged lady with long blond hair) very rudely told my girlfriend that we need to wait our turn. I understand people can get stressed in a busy environment, but the tone she addressed us with was extremely out of pocket especially considering the fact that we didn’t even approach her or talk to her. We had to leave because we were spoken to so wrongly.
I was very disappointed with the service I received. When I asked the store manager (an Asian-looking man) for help, he ignored me completely. I was the only customer in the store at the time and had to wait until a young staff member returned from the back to assist me. When I went to pay for the shoes, the manager was cold and avoided eye contact.
