I would give 6 stars if I could!! Today was my first time purchasing a pair of shoes from the running room, I didn’t get the employees name who helped me but; I am beyond impressed with the level of knowledge and professionalism that he had, I could instantly tell that he truly cares about customers being satisfied with the product they’re leaving with. Very helpful and knowledgable staff.
Went to the running room today!! What an amazing shopping experience! Nick immediately started to help me pick out the right shoe! He was knowledgeable, showed me a few different shoes and let me compare them! He was patient and helpful, and there were many shoppers there! I have nothing but positive things to say! Was my first time there and I will certainly be back! Keep up the great work!!
