I stopped by looking for a comfortable pair of shoes to walk and run in, and left learning more about myself. Before, whenever I bought shoes, I'd always get a few sizes too big just because it wasn't wide enough for me. They helped me pick out of 4E wide shoes, and I've been running in them for over a week now. They fit perfectly. Huge thanks to Nancy and her patience in listening and understanding the root of my problems.

I visited the store and spoke with an employee about my foot concerns, along with the shoes I’ve already tried. The employee did not acknowledge my concerns and only recommended one option which happened to be a model that I had previously explained to the employee that it did not work for me. When I asked for alternative recommendations, they abruptly told me there were none. Meanwhile, there was another customer receiving much better customer service when asking for recommendations.
