Came in to pick out a pair of walking shoes. Had no idea what to look for, but the salesperson Nancy, just by looking at how I walked in my socks, was immediately able to zone in on possible gait issues and pointed out what kind of shoes best suit the way I walk. No sales pressure at all and all of her recommendations were spot on. Nancy is a gem and the shoes I ended up getting are super comfortable.

I went to the Markham store to try Hoka. First of all it was too busy. There are not enough options to try. The staff was giving me the shoes already tried by customers. Anyway, I ordered online to have a brand new one. It was ordered by the staff there, but I received used shoes again because the right pair layer detached right away after 1 time use. I understand it is not the store staff fault. Staff was quite helpful. Bond 9 is not a good option for burning foot. Too hot. I am wondering if I can return that.
