What a sad and unfortunate experience at this store , I'm a healthcare worker who got sent to this place with a voucher to get some shoes , an experience that only hell could offer , racist , mean , disregarding cashier , who kept pushing the design and shoe size that she felt was the right thing for me even tho I asked for one thing she will tell me no that's not what you want have this instead . NEVER EVER WILL I COME BACK AND I'LL MAKE SURE MY HOSPITAL ITS AWARE OF THE BAD BAD BAD TREATMENT.
Today a had an amazing experience in Running Room.Mila is very knowledgeable and kind person, thanks to her a left with two pairs of great shoes. Will definitely recommend the store to everyone. Thank you so much, Mila!
I went into the Richmond Hill store and thought I knew exactly which size shoe I needed, but Liz who was very friendly and very professional talked me through various options and sizes ( regular vs wide ) that opened my eyes to what my foot was most happy with. Even did a little jog around the store to confirm comfort and suitability. Very happy with my experience
