Went back to exchange running shoes, the salesperson was incredibly knowledgeable and had me try on my shoes and walk/jog. Learned I needed to size up. My shoes feel very stable. Not too many colour ways available in designs but it can be ordered from another shop if needed. Super satisfied with both of my visits. I’ll be recommending this location to family and friends!
Had an amazing experience at Running Room today. We were helped out by Nancy who was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. She took the time to show us all the options and check for fit.
Nancy and Liz are a great team; they are knowledgable and most helpful to make sure you get the right pair of shoes. Very customer focused.
Bought my first pair (from the Markham store) after many years, and i’m reminded why i used to be a more regular RR customer. Terrific customer service from both crewmembers today, but Nancy’s product knowledge and customer rapport was remarkable. Thanks!
