Terrible service. Asked for wide shoes. Didn't measure my gait. Told me Cloudrunner 3 were a "neutral shoe". They are not. Basically just gave me 4 shoes to try on with no feedback whatsoever. Used my shoes once outside, feet hurt. Said I couldn't return them. Waste of $200. Went to the Running room in Hamilton after this. Purchased neutral Men's Hoka Cliftons.
