Great service at the Running Room today. Needed some shoes for an upcoming trip and for weekly choir practice standing in one place for hours. The very personable sales associate analyzed my walk, and helped me narrow down my choices. She was fantastic! Highly recommend!
We went in to the store no one said hello or approached us . My husband looked at one of the employee and thats when she came to help. That lady was one of the managers. My husband asked about her experience which shoe is good for stability she didn't answer and was rude in the way she answered.
