We traveled from Niagara Falls to return a pair of shoes I purchased from Running Room. I initially planned to return them to the Stoney Creek branch, but we ended up going to the Burlington location instead. Although I only intended to process a return, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and helpful assistance I received from the staffs here, so I bought a new pair! They are very knowledgeable and friendly.
I walked into this store knowing that they likely wouldn't have what I needed. I have a wide foot (4e) and was looking for a trail shoe. The employee who helped me stated right away that they wouldn't but quickly brought out some options. Based on the options, he recommended a pair and size that I could try and find online. I ended up buying from a different store due to availability, and they ended up being a perfect fit. Great service!

Went looking for a specific Hoka shoe due to arthritic issues - no stock in my size and service rep offered very little assistance. Looking for advice but sadly no help. Also note Very disappointed as could likely order or find for me ??
David! You genuinely made my day, and my month. I went into the store not knowing if anything would actually fit. I'm a plus size gal, and I was born with a unique foot deformity. I have been wearing knockoff Croc style shoes for years because finding anything supportive is really difficult for me. After years of wearing the same old shoes I tried The Running Room.
