Ordered a pair of running shoes to be delivered to my house. After a week I had not heard anything what so ever so I called Running Room Customer Service. They advised me that this shoe was no longer available. Why did they sell me a shoe that was no longer available ? Why never any contact to advice me of this situation ? Just “ we are sorry “ not even an offer of discount on another shoe, nothing. Taking my business somewhere else where customers are appreciated.
The shoes here suck. I remember 15 years ago you could get a nice pair of ASICS or Saucony with a great width and arch and stability and multiple choices but now everything is just a slim toe , low arched shoe. The technology has devolved so badly that if the running room store was a country this store would be I mud hole in india , Literally just like Canada is today
Really great experience. Helped me find the shoes and fit I needed and helped me order them online as they didn’t have in the store. Very knowledgeable and friendly and made sure I knew how to check the fit and how to return online order if needed. They came yesterday and fit perfectly!
Great customer service! Ravish and Lauren were super helpful.
